My Story

My name’s Nicole, and I’m not a hormone or skincare expert, I’m just another Woman who’s gone from feeling ok about my skin to feeling frustrated as the effects of changing hormones causes sensitivity, redness, wrinkles and my previous, admittedly basic skincare routines to fail. 

I learnt TM (Transcendental Meditation) when I was a Fashion Buyer at 26 and it’s been a cornerstone of my life throughout a demanding career and a growing family of 3 kids. Through that connection I discovered Ayurveda and I found myself drawn to the personalised nature and a deeper connection to your own self. 

I tried various Ayurvedic skincare products and I found solutions that helped me with Gotu Kola for natural collagen production and Shatavari as a powerful adaptogen to further help with balancing stress and emotions, nothing comes close to TM but these simple additions to my skincare routine have helped me and I hope many others.
